St Tysul's Church

Christmas services in St Tysul's Church 2018

We would love to see you over the Christmas period in St Tysul's.  To make this easier we have a range of services happening to help celebrate this wonderful time -

Sunday December 23rd - Memorial Carol Service 3pm -
This new service is to help remember our loved ones who have died.  Christmas is a hard time when we have lost loved ones, but it is also a time when we remeber the hope God has given to the world.  In this service we acknowledge our loss, and remember the hope of Christmas with carols.

Monday December 24th - Crib Service 4pm
Our Crib Service has been held for the last few years and is an informal gathering for children and adults.  During our time together we sing carols and hear the Christmas story in a different way with plenty of activity.

First Eucharist of Christmas 11pm -
This is the traditonal Eucharist service with carols.  This service helps prepare us for Christmas Day and remembers that the birth of Jesus is at the centre of our worship.  It helps perpare us to welcome the great celebrations.

Tuesday December 25th - Holy Eucharist 9am -
A simple said Eucharist in the Lady Chapel on Christmas day.
